License &
sharing terms.
Read these terms before purchasing. One purchase licenses one human user to use the premium guides on their own devices for personal, business and client work. You may share or sell your own resulting work. Each additional user needs their own purchase to use the premium guides.
The included starter files remain MIT licensed. Previously distributed MIT copies, including guided edition 1.0.0, keep their existing permissions. Every purchased skill folder contains an exact file list in LICENSE-SCOPE.json.
Keep your receipt and purchase key private. These offline files have no activation requirement or technical copy lock; stock downloads are not personalized per buyer.
Guided AI Skills — Single-User Premium License Edition 1.1.0 · Effective 12 October 2026 Copyright (c) 2026 Sanjaay Gowda T S 1. Scope This license applies only to TASK-RUNBOOK.md, ACCEPTANCE-CHECKS.md and GUIDED-EDITION-USAGE.md supplied as part of guided edition 1.1.0. The exact premium and starter file lists are recorded in each skill's LICENSE-SCOPE.json. It does not replace the MIT license on the included starter files, third-party licenses, or permissions granted on copies previously distributed under MIT. Guided edition 1.0.0 and previously released MIT copies retain their MIT rights. 2. One named user A purchase licenses one human user to use the premium guides for personal, internal business and client work, on that user's own devices. A company may purchase for one designated employee. Each additional person using the premium guides needs a separate purchase or written permission from the seller. You may make private backups and adapt the guides for your own licensed use. This is a one-time license to the purchased edition, with no recurring fee or automatic expiry. It does not promise future editions or ongoing support. 3. Your work and outputs You may share, publish and sell your own reports, analyses, code and other deliverables produced while using the guides, including work for clients. This permission does not cover redistributing the premium guides themselves, substantial copies of their instructional text, or repackaged versions of them. No ownership of your inputs or original outputs is claimed by the seller. 4. Sharing and resale Do not share, upload, sublicense, resell or redistribute the premium guides, whether unchanged or adapted, including in shared drives, public repositories, group purchases, prompt libraries, skill packs or competing products. Do not share your purchase key or customer download access with other users. You may provide the guides to your chosen AI assistant to perform your own tasks; this does not authorize publishing them for other people's use. Review your assistant provider's data settings before submitting confidential inputs. These restrictions apply only to premium material covered by this license. MIT starter files remain usable and redistributable under their own license. 5. Proof of purchase and technical limits Keep your merchant receipt and purchase key private. The seller may request an order reference to verify purchase or help with download problems. These are readable, offline instructional files: no activation is needed and no technical copy lock, remote monitoring or automatic watermark enforcement is included. The receipt identifies the buyer; stock downloads are not personalized per order. 6. Limits The guides are AI-assisted instructional materials with synthetic examples. They do not include AI model access, executable integrations, a production guarantee, or a promise of accuracy or compatibility with every assistant. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the premium material is provided "AS IS", without warranties, and the seller is not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or rights granted by a separate applicable license. For permission requests or purchase help: sanjayopm@gmail.com.
