Your resume stays in this browser. Files and text are processed locally, never uploaded or automatically saved. You can explicitly download a private workspace or resume. Separate aggregate site visit tracking still runs. Privacy details.

YOUR NEXT APPLICATION

Start with what you have.

Bring your resume and the job description to review a specific role and prepare a tailored draft.

Your work stays on this page. Download a private workspace to continue later. Clear all or leaving the page removes the inputs, comparison and Undo history.

Save or reopen a private workspace

A workspace JSON file includes your resume, job description, reviewed keywords and edited draft, including personal details. Download only on a device you trust. Files are opened as text locally, never uploaded or saved automatically. Up to 1 MB. Scores and Undo history are not saved; analyze again after opening.

A job description is required to compare role keywords or create a tailored resume.

UNDERSTAND THE RESULT

Useful feedback.
Clear limits.

This is a deterministic text review, with no generative AI or external resume service.

Is this an employer ATS score?

No. Resume checks are transparent, rule-based suggestions. Job-keyword coverage measures selected phrases in extracted text. Neither predicts an employer ATS result, interview, or hiring decision.

Does my resume leave my device?

The checker processes resume text and selected files in your browser. It does not upload them, send them to an AI service, or save them in browser storage. Ordinary aggregate site visit tracking is separate.

Which files can I use?

Paste text or select a PDF, DOCX, or TXT file up to 5 MB. PDFs are limited to 12 pages. Scanned and image-only PDFs need OCR elsewhere. Always review extracted text before analyzing.

When is a job description required?

Job-specific review, keyword comparison and tailored drafts require a job description. Choose General structure check explicitly if you only want to review resume content and structure without a role.

How does the private tailored draft work?

It uses your existing content to standardize headings and prioritize relevant skills and evidence within safe section and role boundaries. It preserves source claims and does not add missing skills or achievements from the job description. This is local, rule-based tailoring, not generative AI. Review and edit the complete draft before downloading TXT or Word.

What should I do with missing keywords?

Add a missing skill only when it reflects your actual experience. Explain where you used it with clear evidence. Repeating keywords or hiding text does not demonstrate ability.

How are the checks calculated?

The checklist checks visible text signals such as contact information, familiar section headings, concise length, bullet points and quantified evidence. The score adds the points shown on each check. Keyword coverage is the percentage of selected terms found in your resume text. It does not rank applicants or evaluate qualifications.

Headings, action verbs and the built-in skill vocabulary are English-oriented. Wording in other languages may be missed; custom keywords can help with the job comparison.

Text extraction can miss reading order, tables, columns, graphics and other layout details. This tool cannot confirm how an employer’s software will parse the original file. It does not verify facts or recommend protected-characteristic information.
